Go to your fuse box under hood and pull the fuses that pertain to your radio in my RX 450h that was two fuses one 15 and 10 amp. I then went inside and started the vehicle till the nav screen turned all pink (about a minute and half). Turn off the vehicle go back and insert fuses again where you took them out from. Then go back and turn on vehicle again and leave it on (do not shut it down) you will see a screen popup that shows loading with a bar going across the screen. Wait with car on till it completes and then the NAV comes up again. I had the full NAV, Radio and my phone still attached and working with no problems. If you do not have fuse for 10A, it's enough to remove fuse for 15A

...It's not in the main engine compartment in _FRONT,_ it's the generator in the _BACK!_ The few _Mr. Softee_ truck fires I've seen _always_ seem to start in the back where the diesel engine generator is! That entire system is so cramped in there with the bulk of the back of the _Electro-Freeze_ ice cream unit directly in front of it (which also generates heat), and those cheap-assed axial cooling fans that are _supposed_ to draw in air from the outside, all through that compartment, and back out again, often fail!

Is the term Heavy only used in the USA by air traffic controllers or do all country's use that term in transmissions. I watched one of the big russian Antonovs land at LAX on you tube and air traffic control was identifying the aircraft as Super in the transmission but the russian pilots were not saying super in there transmission back to ATC when they replied.... Just curious thanks.

Mine got same purple screen, but it appears randomly while driving. Visited dealer three or four times and they finally replaced whole navi system(They claimed so). However it still happens but much more rarely. Have no idea what to do about it.
